February 2003 - Laurie and I went to Northern Michigan to visit some of her family. We stayed with Laurie's sister Jody and her great family, Mike Zach and Nicole. While we were there we did some snowmobiling, but we also drove up the coast of Lake Michigan checking out the little towns and the lighthouses along the way. We made it all the way up to the Mackinaw Bridge and crossed over to the upper penisula just as the sun was setting. After watching the sun set we made our way back to Mackinaw City and had a great dinner. While it was pretty cold up there it certainly could have been much worse and the snow was great.
