August 2002 - Dean, Laurie and I traveled by air to Dallas where we met my parents who made the trip by car. The trip was to attend a family reunion in Abilene, TX. We got to meet many relatives that we had never met before and will likely never see again, although we are hopeful. The time spent in downtown Dallas was spent walking around the city and visiting Dealy Plaza, which is the site where JFK was shot, and the 6th Floor museum, which houses Pulitzer Prize winning photos.
