July 2002 - This was a 9 day trip starting in Boston and venturing to places including St. Stephens and St. John in New Brunswick, Cavendish and Charlottetown on Prince Edward Island, and everything from Cabot's trail to the Shubenacadie River in Nova Scotia. The trip included Laurie, Teena, of a little poison ivy problem. We even got to share in the celebration of Canada's Independence Day, which is on July 1st. The climate and scenery were exceptional at this time of year and we even got to gamble on the ferry ride returning from Yarmouth to Portland.

July 2002 - We spent a few of days in Nova Scotia checking out many things, some of which was spent in and around Halifax. We visited the cemetery where the headstones for the people of the Titanic are and Peggy's cove. We also ate lunch own along the shoreline in downtown Halifax which I believe is the largest natural harbor. There are many sites to see in and around Halifax and I highly recommend it.
