National Parks of Utah & Arizona

July 2001 - We landed in Las Vegas and rented SUV's to do some off-road driving. From there we spent Independence Day in Death Valley where it was very HOT. We saw temperatures of 124 degrees fahrenheit during the day. The next day we made a quick visit to Hoover Dam and then made our way up towards the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. For the next few days we saw a couple of National Parks each day in southern Utah.
